These are some of the best sites to look for queer or LGBTQIA community worldwide.

It is more difficult to find LGBT heavy metal communities than many others.

Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit have significant queer metalhead communities, including mine.

Many concert venues are already LGBT friendly. Some of the leather and kink scene has a lot in common with more 'masculine' forms of art, such as metal music. Additionally, when attending a Pride event, look for booths catering to communities within the LGBT family that have dark themes, or have to do with alternative spirituality. From biker groups, to the leather fetish community, to Wicca booths for queer individuals, to organizations of people that are into rock and metal directly at Pride events, the options can be a matter of intuition. If you see someone at an event that is dressed in black with dark makeup, say hello. And stay metal. \m/
